Crafted in small batches in Aichi prefecture, this gin is a 10 botanical blend with, interestingly, a sugar cane base.
Bright and lively, this gin shows notes of orange and lemon on the nose. The palate again has high citrus notes with a floral and herbal mid palate of coriander, camomile and matcha. Long, spicy finish of ginger and sansho pepper. Exceptional balance throughout.
Perfect for a citrusy & refreshing G&T as well as a serious Martini.
Production Methodology
Using a traditional Japanese distillation technique this Kiyosu Gin is carefully crafted in small batches. Made in a London Dry style with the addition of 10 selected botanicals gives the Gin a classic profile with balanced Asian notes.
