Shirayuki Banzaimon is one of the flagship, premium sake releases from Konishi Shuzo polished to 35% and using locally grown Yamada Nishiki rice.
A vibrant, luscious and full nose of fresh pineapple, melon, sweet pear & green apple aromas is what greats the drinker. A velvety, rich & smooth palate with medium-full body offers ripe and juicy fruit flavours supported by good acidity and umami.
Shirayuki Banzaimon is a bright and full sake with a solid backbone of rice and umami – good for food pairing.
